A guy in the office here says he used to do radio ham and years ago a lot of them weren't encoded. He says a lot are just used by interpol and similar organisations to communicate with each other in something he calls RTTY or some fast morse code.

Maybe thats what the guy in the office wanted you to think because he was in fact planted there to throw people off the trail! They could be watching this right now , or maybe they want me to think that they are watching this in order to make me write that they are watching this when in fact they are watching that , hmmm...
