Heya When this game first hit Europe I was one of the first Hibs on the server if I remember correct. Due to friends playing on the USA servers I left after about a month or two worth of playing.

So far so good

In the mean time I moved to another house, my old e-mail address is no longer in my use, and I don't remember my logins for this game.

Apparently it's impossible to retreive my password if the e-mail address I had back then isn't mine anymore.

I was told to post a topic on these forums because there might be a GM that is able to help. I sincerely hope someone can help me out here, the account isn't big, it's just one Eldritch But still, I'd like it back.

If someone can help me out, please do. The US servers aren't all that

I'm not sure your account/chars exits anymore.

They only keep your chars for 6 Months or so? sorta like D2, they delete after 3 Months if you havent logged in.

So you been playing US for 3 years?

Not impossible to get pass/login. I had an unused email a year ago and needed new pass/login sent to me. So mailed goa telling them all the info there was on my acc. Such as Name, lastname, address, phone, pc spec and ofc a few emails i might have used for the account. Could add what chars u got on the acc too.

They will delete accounts that have been inactive for ages. IF theres need for more space.

They have so far deleted a few accounts(less than 10, I've HEARD.) - So I guess your account is still alive and running

last i saw, they said they NEVER deleted accounts. If they did it would prolly be the empty ones

The best thing you can do is writeto subscription@goa,com and provide as much of your old info as you can email addy name address old login old password right down to blood type. They should be able to help you reopen the account.

Afaik they delete chars/account if they have been unactive for 1 year.

Also howcome the email isent yours anymore? ( they way I understand it is that someone else has your email now....if thats so, howcome you gave your email to another person? ). Might not be any of my business, but seems strange to me that you gave your email away, instead of just letting it "die out".

After all my time of being around DAoC I've never heard of GOA deleting accounts for any reason. Not quite sure where all these 3 month/6 month/1 year figures are coming from because they've never officially stated anything about this to my knowledge, although I admit I'm not totally up to speed with everything these days.

They have never deleted Characters of ppl that went inactive.
If they ever deleted any account/chars, I would guess it's those accounts that received a lifetime suspension.
