...it's also about AWSUM POWA! & looks & the way it sounds & the smell & cornering & being able to stop it before you hit that twat in the Volvo that's just pulled out of their driveway whilst looking right through you...

Yeah Ive ridden it a lot tdc It is very very fast in a got-no-brakes-dont-handle kind of way ! But then its different and I like that, believe it or not you can get bored of riding R1's all day

But get her on the back of a bike...

Pootling through a village on the way home & some twat overtook us on a blind hill in some little twatish sports thing with a Q-plate, he left us standing & WE were doing 40 (in a 30 limit!). We caught up with him soon after on the long straight by Stonehenge & we took him out doing over a ton, easy! & there was my little Dormouse who hates confrontation TRYING TO KICK HIS DOOR IN as we went past! Heh. Now I remember why I love her...

You've confused a 'Sound Engineer' ie, someone who sits in a studio behind a big sound board, or sits in a tent on poles behind a big sound board, and a 'roadie', hope that helps

Well, my main board at work is a dual Sony r100 setup, fully automated (flying faders and instant recall), that gives 96 discrete channels all going into either a pro tools or Nuendo rig to act as a rather fancy recorder. The whole setup is about 3 metres across and weighs a ton, so, about that big.
