When I was a lad I had a fat overweight bmx - they called it a "Striker" - thing weighed about 483tonne, popping a wheelie required arms like Arnie Schwarz just to lift the front end. Doing a jump was dangerous as when you landed there was a 74% chance that you could shatter the earths crust.... Tell ya ...dont make things like they used to !!

I remember watching Hoffman I think in a X-games final about 2000/01- he had broken his ankle - so he just stuck a metal plate in his sock, taped it up and then proceeded to carry on and win the final - all time cool dude imo !!
