I have exactly the same problem with both of my accounts. It says my account has been terminated and to contact customer support. Anyone else getting this problem?
Could you :
1- send a report through RightNow about this
2- send me an email with your NAME & LASTNAME (the ones you used to register) at kemor@goa.com with subject "ACCOUNT TERMINATED PROBLEM".
erm...I've done everything you've asked Kemor except I cannot submit it to rightnow as I cannot find how/where you do this.
I've searched through and checked for similar problems and there is nothing logged. I cannot access 'My Account' on the daoc-europe.com site as it's temporarily unavailable. :/
Arse-grapes. I had a friggin awful day at work, told my boss that the financial director can go fook herself (as you do) and just generally felt lke crap. I was looking forward to an evening of fun with my lowbie nuker and looks what happens - Account terminated.
The funny thing is I was desperately trying to remember who I must of pissed off... It feels like weeks since I've sworn at anyone in game, and the goober deserved it! (polishes shiney halo, +3 to innocence). Then scammylot homepage was down, barrysforums down... thank fek I waited a couple of minutes and found out what actually happened.
I guess I'll just have to go give the Wifey some snuggles. lucky her, a whole evening of attentive Hubby
P.S. Anyone seen those photos of the new featherless chickens? I'm gonna have nightmares over that freaksome beast!
ok, sent email but whers the link on daoc-europe to pay, is it in my information or modify my account, ive looked everywhere but no sign, this seemed a lot easier first time

Obviously, anyone who's had their account sorted out will be busy trying to get past the dodgy patch server, but I'll ask anyway.
Has anyone had their account reactivated? I sent my emails as per Kemor's instruction about three hours ago, and have only received a message saying it will be sorted in 24 hours.
I'm not asking to have a pop at goa, because they've obviously got bigger fish to fry at the minute. I just want to know if anyone has had their account reactivated.
I received no word back. But I managed to login to 'My Account' and paid for another month. I just hope I don't get billed twice for the same month. :/
I've just managed to login to daoc, so that worked for me.
Well I have the same Account Terminated problem sent a message to Right Now yesterday afternoon just checked my e-mail and this is the response I got this morning.

carnt log into rightnow to request help as my account is closed
how do we get round this problem ive sent an email to kemor as requested and havent had a reply yet.
Also I've seen a few people say they cant find how to ask a question just click on any one of the Subjects and a Link should appear on the top left saying Ask a Question.
I sent e-mails to rightnow and Kemor yesterday and have only had an automated reply from rightnow saying problem will be looked at in 24hours.
It would be nice if someone from GOA could post here or on camelot-europe homepage saying whats going on rather than e-mailing those affected individually.
Am i waiting a couple of hours days weeks or what?.
send a mail yo noreply@goa.com m8, ul probably get the letterthat weve had about its going to be sorted, but at least theyll put u on the list, the problem i think is that if ur overdue on a payment and try to load the 'my account' webpage on daoc-europe.com it comes up with an error on the script. i had a look at the code, and the text for paying an extra month should be there but i imagine due to error its not being shown, so either their gonna reopen every persons account, to which u should send em the mail, or their gonna fix the page, so everyone with the problem can pay, but eh its raining outside, ddo something else instead, like phone ur mom, that should take 3minutes of ur life up, what then eh? i dunno!
well its seems they have gave feedback although its pretty dam useless to me lol. i just looked on the camelot europe site, says that on may 21st all accounts with missing info or billing prob was terminated and u have to just go into my account and make sure info correct and select a payment plan.... it may work for sum of u guys i sure hope it does, but i cant even access my account coz it says login or pass invalid which they arent oh well i spose i just go pull my hair out coz i cant play
