I have one on my hero on MLF, it's fully dyeable and comes in all 3 sizes, the mob that drops it is Sinovia, she drops one of a random size EVERY time as well as a leg weapon component and a RoG item, she's in Temple of Twilight and killable with 1fg, repop timer is 5 seconds to 30mins so somewhat farmable. The sheild is dyeable.

All zones have their own sheild graphic, there's a different type for Aerus, volcanus and Stygia all of which look just as cool imo

Have had it drop every time over around 15 kills on Sinovia since 1.66 (US). Has anyone on euro got this sheild yet? If not it could be bugged there. Her loot table has always been for us:
- 1 Sinovia specific sheild as shown here of a random size, small, medium, large
- 1 Cauldron of Vivifying water
- 1 RoG item, always 99%/MP I think, could be wrong on the max/min qual though

She may have dropped other RoG also sometimes, can't really remember though. I remember the last time we killed her getting an MP RoG large sheild with a fire-like glowing effect on the centre as well as a Sinovia specific small sheild and the leg weap component though.
