it has no stats and as i said its purly for fluff / looks ... it shows when yr holding yr staff at yr side ... kinda like a friars mace

its a lvl 20 item and as far as i can remember i have only ever seen 1 other person with 1
and that was a LONG time ago .. just going through old vaults and toons and found it ... can remember being offered silly money for it at the time so didnt take any1 up on it .. need cash now thou
