Tosen's Cityhall (Old Sarum 748 on Prydwen) has recently opened, and will from now on, and forth, have 2 vaults which are free for all to use.
All in all, Old Sarum has it all, go bind, share, and find what you need.
If you have any suggestions, feel free to express them, but please say what is missing, and how to solve the problem

Scrolls can be shared in the first vault, go stick in your crap scrolls, and retrieve full books, for other people to use.
Items such as jewleries, rings, belts, necklaces, and maybe even the 3 remains you have in stock, and don't use - can all be shared in the other vault!
Raid Leaders: When you run a raid, how about donating all the rog jewlery to the free vaults?
NPCs will be placed in the town, one of each single NPC is there for you to use - also every tool there is, so instead of paying overpriced materials in the different bigger towns of the mainland, and shrouded isles, go use the free ones where you get cheaper materials!
Bindstones are also placed in the town, and cityhall, feel free to bind there.
Since you have all the tools, and all the merchants, and you can use them as you like!
The market is only 15 seconds of running from there, or 8 seconds if you use the hastneer in Colon Capital D's house. (they are the neighbours)
Swimming is ofcourse also allowed, but it's on your own resposibility (sp!?)
Vegtables can be found in Tobie's house, if needed.
Remains can be found on the Cityhall Consignment Merchant
