email that i had used to get my subs and payment info etc all that crap has expired cus i havnt used it in couple of weeks.

basically my account is on auto renew but i went to switch it off there and couldnt because to get new subs sent to email the email has to exist


and i cant switch to a brand new email without the old email verifiying first

im sure this has happened to people im wondering if theres a way around it?

1. try recrating to email address am guessing its a hotmail address or something
2 send a right now with old email address, username, they will ask you for a few details such as how you pay each month

Contact GOA subscriptions. They will change the details.

You need to supply your email you are using, and product keys used on that account.

Same thing happened to me a while back and as skar said rightnow it (with game login info as usual) and tell them whats happened. They wanted more information than just all my product keys but once i'd had a rightnow convo back and forth with GOA verifying all my info was correct it was all sorted.

contact your bank and get them to block payments to goa, or whatever company goa use for transactions, will show up on your old bank statements.
