OK sauce

Damn, I wanna learn how to make this from scratch, seems like it is a trade secret Can't find a recipe anywhere

Any one else have the same luck? OK sauce is yum but after mastering making my own chilli sauce, I wanna do something a bit more subtle

Tomato puree, date puree spirit vinegar, water, suger, apple puree, modified maize starch, salt spice extracts, raisin paste, orange comminute(contains sulphite), lemon comminute(contains sulphite), barley, malt extract(contains gluten), onion powder, garlic powder.

Though unfortunately that gives nothing away about the all important cooking process.
