Last I heard it is not joined.
Despite Aligro having a sticky, Falcor posted his first, so it is pretty simple really

Well I'm planning to be there - and as far as I'm concerned it's Falcor's.
He posted first - and unless we want to come up new rules for the future, that's all there is to it.
If aligro wants a raid he should pick any day other than tomorrow.
I also think that if Aligro really wants to run raids, he could do worse than learn a little realpolitick. If Aligro pushes it on Saturday then Falcor will win due to...
(a) Falcor posting first
(b) Falcor havng the most successful (and fastest) recent raids
And Aligro will land himself and this board with even more unnecessary aggro.
This isn't rocket science - if you really must lead a saturday raid then post now for next week.
The 9 days in advance of raid was last week's.
8 days in advance is more than reasonable, in fact, it would be reasonable to complain at anyone giving much less notice for trying to set this up too quickly.

and looks like aligros raid rules will change after next 1, or if he preclaimed 1 item for 6 raids, now he should do 6 raids with those new rules -----
10s bet that aligro aint running raids after net week's 1, because its easier to join falcor's 1, and if he is gonna make raid after next week, something is preclaimed again...its bad to leave old habits
