It is true genius.

Just so funny I missed the first one but I switched to S4C (Welsh Channel 4) and they were playing the first episode straight after the second one on Channel 4 talk about luck.

It's not the funniest show ever, but it's pretty decent, and has some great moments. No canned laughter, for a start. Pretty bizarre at times too which is neato. Nice to see something that isn't a shitty generic shitty american shitty sitcom.

I don't think I've seen anything since Trigger Happy TV that has made me laugh quite so much. I miss it :(

That's because THE MARKET IS SATURATED WITH AMERICAN PISS. But yeah, even though I don't think it's the funniest thing ever, and that it still seems a bit primitive at times, this kinda show is definitely the way forward. Or not even forward, as the whole style of humour has been done before all over the place, it's just that the viewing public are mindless undiscerning idiots. Or something.

nah, I've seen shows in the same vein as THTV but it's just not been as funny. I think it's down to Dom Joly, his 'chatshow' on BBC3 is fucking funny too.

I switched subjects after that first sentence - the rest was talking about Peep Show, see. I only caught a few episodes of trigger happy TV, myself. I guess I'm limited as to what I can watch since I don't have digital or that BBC package or whatever, but I reckon I can safely assume that most of the added stuff is shit anyway, right.

yeah THTV rocked...

HELLO!?!?! Not seen anythin quite like it. Altho the later series just kinda dragged it down with the same old stuff.. should have "killed it off" sooner

Fridays episode was funny as fuck. :) I love a good weird British comedy, beats that recycled USA shite by a mile.
I loved Trigger Happy but it got a bit repetitive towards the end, same for Fast Show/Shooting Stars/Harry Enfield ... but they were classics too.

But seriously you all must d/l or try and get hold of Peep Show .... i literally soiled myself watching it.

Oh and Alan Patridge rawks!

Heh, Scrubs rocks. :D

Does anyone remember the name of the Hospital comedy that was on BBC2 a few months ago? It featured the young bloke from The League of Gentlemen.

MASH is class. Scrubs I can't watch without thinking "HEY HE WAS IN PLATOON" and I quite fancy the girl in it :|

Elliot would (Sarah Chalke) get it in the arse, yeah, the one from E.T.

Scrubs and Teachers are the only things worth watching on TV at the moment though.

I saw the Indian bloke from Teachers (forgot his name, doh) in something else the other night playing a mentally ill person. I kept thinking of his character in Teachers :/
