Oglidarsch Belt

Been camping the spawn area for about 4 hours now, and have killed an Orange con leopard shark that was not attacking any other sharks (Haven't seen any sharks attacking eachother) about 8 times now, but no hint to any quest done or no sign of any belt.

Anyone got some hints / tips I can try or do I just need to camp and kill 3 more days?

Should I leave the orange con shark till he starts attacking other sharks, which imo ain't gonna happen, as I have waited for him to go kill some, but he ain't doing it.

From what I read, the Belt doesnt always drop, and with you killing it 8~ times, prehaps it is just bad luck

just go round killing all sharks tbh, what i did... got a few belts from it

Server reset has reset the encounter as well, can see fighting sharks now, only killing the orange ones still hasn't giving me a belt. got credit now though.

Yeah it's entirely based on drop chance... personally on my scout I had to kill the attacking shark over 20 times... Sometimes I didn't get credit, others I did but no belt. I've heard of some people getting several belts in one kill but I had no such luck. Got so annoying trying to find it at night It's just a case of sticking with it

Got the Belt now, after killing about 10 -15 sharks.
Only got encounter credit from the ones that were attacking other sharks, killing random orange ones didn't seem to get me credit or a belt.

uhm i got 8 belts after killing 5 sharks
