Offline Character Builder

Does such a thing exsist?, with DAOC.Catacombs up and down like a yoyo, i was wondering if anyone had or knows where to DL one from.

I downloaded program from Classes of Camelot last time I needed it and catacombs was down.
The program doesn't show styles or anything though, but you can check the specs with it anyway.

Go to the site > favorites > add to favorites > make available off line.

DAoC Planner, shows where styles come along and a bit of info about each style, works on spells also
