ISPs can only deal with problems in their own network. Opentransit need to fix this.Requiel said:As far as we can tell it's a big hub near to our network which is causing the problem.
If the problem is before it hits our network then the only thing to do is contact your ISP and get them to sort out the routing issue with whichever hop is causing the problem.

Our servers and the new site are up and functioning normally.
To check for your self do this:
Go to Start -> Run and type cmd in the box that pops up. Press Enter and you should get a black window which you can type DOS commands into.
Type tracert 193.252.123.177 (this is the IP for Prydwen, change the last 177 for 33 for Excalibur) and press enter.
You will then be taken one step at a time to the server and the latency at each hop will be measured. The numbers are the delay in milliseconds that the hop takes to deal with your request - with a good connection they should be in the 30-70 range.
If the problem is before it hits our network then the only thing to do is contact your ISP and get them to sort out the routing issue with whichever hop is causing the problem.

Let me clearify something too: not everyone here is a computerfreak that knows about those trace thingies and other crap.
I'm just a normal girl with a pc and internet that has been working fine for a few years now and so was daoc (ofcours when it wasn't out :touch: ) and now all of a sudden daoc nor the site are working.
About all you were saying it's chinese to me but everything has been working fine before so it sure ain't me!
