Get real plz, RMs/SMs that are high enough lvl to use these staffs have absolutely NO problem in getting them, I'm specced in RC mainly so I have 2 Red Diamond staffs 1 Blue diamond and 1 Black just for the hell of it Sorry to burst your bubble mate.
