Odd items vanishing from packs

I wouldn't mention this but someone complained of the same thing on alliance yesterday.

I crafted a 99% imbued leather chest piece yesterday on my tailor and logged. When I boot up this morning it has gone.

Is anyone else encountering the same problem or am i just imagining things?

I did a leather random qua setand 2 weapons for my lowbie, and they are gone. Instead, now im wearing some cloths I sold yesterday, when i replaced them with the crafted ones.
