hi all
my brother has just had ntl broadband fitted but is unable to get a decent speed,its no quicker than 56 modem.
he has had the conection tested up to his comp and this is fine.
the comp he is using is one of those aldi specials not sure on specbut its running xp
he is conected to the ethernet conection,and has tried to use the usb con but the install hangs half way through.
anyone got any ideas,iam dying to give him a thrashing on rtcw.

You mean his pings are no faster than 56k? How's the download rate?
