NTL WORLD dial up in the UK

i have the NTL dial up service in the UK. recently it has changed from free to £5 a month and NTl has changed some of the setttings and i cant log on to any server to play online.
it gives me this error "[cl_dll\client.dll] differs from server" please help i have tried renistalling CS and half life. please help and anyone else with NTL dial up please tell me if u have the same problem.

God knows what made you think that, that was a dial up problem
