NTL pings

I just wanted to say that if you start getting rubbish pings, and lots of lag and your on cable all you have to do is reduce your cl_cmdrate to about 30 and everything will be ok, becuase thats what i did in the week4 games and it sorted out the lag.

NTL have been fiddling with their network over this week, i've noticed my routing behaving very oddly. It is back to normal now.
