Its from the show Jimmy Kimmel Live! My guess is its censord originally as its a US late night talkshow

I love the fact Matt Damon and Ben Affleck have this UK style of humour. Alot of famous americans dont "get" our humour, mainly sarcastic things.

I loved the video which shows Matt Damon getting super pissed at Jimmy Kimmel for not ever interviewing him. Sure someone can link it
