Oki, I'm a n00b shade and need some advices etc for trying to become a good shade one day

So I would really apresiate if some of you good shades could post you're quickbar setup or post what you think is a very good one. and allso what styles is best above others and why etc, any help appresiated

Allso made the final template for my shade now. I cba to try more to get it better, I think I can live with that one not many use crush anyways heh. So what u think?

Get more body resist at the expensive of heat maybe, poisons do body damage.
Mistaking a friar for a caster will hurt though.
You're also a bit conservative on OC. A five points OC on 99 quality is still quite safe ( using 99 qual gems and 1k+ SC).

oki thanks, more body then maybe, reason so much heat is that the items give it, not added any heat gems, maybe change out the necklage with some other?

DF got a nice jewel with 10 cold/body 18 str, its higher utility than the song of stealth, also u can get higher utility belt from SI quest riowyns necky, also i would do 4-5 pts overcharging. well here is my qb setup

QB1 - 1. sprint 2.stealth 3.stick 4.Perf art 5.Creep Death 6.stun stab 7.garotte 8.ach heel 9.backstab 2 10.thighcut

QB2 - 1.avoid pain 2.purge 3.stick 4.garrote 5.ach heel 6.diamondback 7.hamstring 8.leaper 9.snare weapon AD 10.main weapon GR

QB3 is like a lil mix of em both with no PA or BS just more evade styles, dragonspider and rib sepparator.

sure i have to change from QB1 to QB2 alot but thats about the best i could come up with and ive got used to it. hope this helps

As said I ruined the jerkin, so it has the same stats as my dagger, so if you want to buy 1 of the 2 let me know. 100/100 enchanted spellcrafted etc etc weapon has a dot proc and the jerkin nothing yet.

edit - I switched the stats of the jerkin with the stats of the boots, (this is what caused the error, switched it with left hand instead cos i was tired)

Not if you use my template And a new one unspellcrafted costs around 3p, dunno if you're so rich

If you need a hand with those quests btw let me know, I did them all the past few days and they're fun, easy and good exp (roughly a bubble per quest).

I used about 2-3p to try make a MP vest with no luck so think I'll settle with 99%.

None of the qbars are very much different from what i figured out myself then

I though maybe some of you was using the qbar bind macros like /qbar2 etc but I nm that then

I cba switch armor pieces everythime i put on poisons etc

This give you all the un-stealthed moves you will need. 1 and 2 is any time. 3 is evade stun, followed by 4,5,6 the evade chain (i.e. land the diamondback and follow up straight away with 3 move chain). 7 to cast incase they run, 8 to insta them as many times as possible during a fight, 9 for 3rd dagger with other envenom, 0 for stealth to match other qb's.

This is for PVE when your job is to HOLD aggro, such as PBAOE groups. I always used a shield for these groups (hence the inclusion of Tarantula) as it's not your job to kill but to hold aggro so I found a small chance to block better than the damage output of dual wield.
1,2 is any time, 3 is stun after evade, 4 and 5 are a side positional chain which is very very quick and good damage for when you are a secondary tank on a single mob, 6 is your taunt style, 7 and 8 spells, 9 is for the rare occasion you do block with your shield, 0 is for another dagger if you wish to use a 2nd envenom.

Stick, sprint, face, etc are all bound to individual keys rather than the qb.

btw thanks for all the info, gonna try work out a kick ass nice qbar setup now lol.

Nice templates there peeps, but I just cba to change on/off armor pieces everytime I want to put a poison on my weap. Guess I'm just to lazy I'd rather have a little less in some resists then
