its fine enough, only gripes i got with it is lack of ToA bonuses (inherent in duel heater temps but you could at least get golm and/or scalars in to fix that) the low hits cap (would like to see at least another 40) and your crush isnt capped which is gonna hurt you come 1.82.

but as a whole, its a fairly decent, even if a little average, template.

EDIT: oh and lack of +CD, i know this isnt the end of the world, but combined with the other shortfalls it makes this an average temp at best.

EDIT2: and i hope you got that ring alrdy, last i heard they wern't exactly common.

Hmmm,here are some pointers for u.

In terms of capping str and dex... can assasins get enyalios boots? That would give 5str cap and 5 dex cap plus more hits. Also check out the ns epic stuff it might offer some caps etc. As neff has said get golm and scallars on the go and that should sort ur toa stats + cyclone bracer.
