Quite nice template. Don't see any room for improvement as a piercer.

The 2% melee damage on legendaries is only against mobs , it doesnt work against players.

Personally tho i would try cap my thrust tho and maye lose 5 str to do it ... each to their own tho .


Also ... i get as an elf shade with 10 qui at creation 245 qui with 40 qui on template and aug qui 1 ... 4 points , So maybe as a luwi you can drop some qui to cap thrust instead ?

To find out of you specced qui at creation just take off all your gear and cjeck out your qui as oppossed to what is says you should have on daoc charplan or whatever

Pierce >>>> Blades.

Assuming you're a luri with 10 str and dex at creation, that should give you 321 strength and 391 dex fully buffed and with 101 in both stats on the suit, giving you an average of 356. In order to achieve the same with just strength, you'll need aug str 4 or so.

Regarding wyrd spec and weaponskill assumptions.... I'd call it weird spec tbh. At the moment with 39+17 weaponspec and 100 str and 95 dex on my template (101 and 101 when I'm using spirit), I pack around 1480 weaponskill, which I plan to get to over 1500 after rr8.

So yeah, pierce might make hardest templates, but it's really worth it.

Also, on a sidenote, I use a pair of boots for envenom application that lack the +11 thrust resists, but still get to win fights even if I don't have em on. I just want to say that it's much better to maximise your offensive pottentials than your defensive ones. After all as I told you, if you don't kill your target in 15-20 seconds, you'll lose the fight (or get added )

PS: If you've put 10 quick on creation, you need 42 on the suit to max out, if not, go for 52.

Yea when we got forced respec i tried out 40+18 Pierce for a laugh and has like 1550 ws with 327 str and 393 dex

But i have since respecced back to 51 composite pierce and 47 odd composite cd
