dont worry about the dex..you are only missing about 0.6% or less dps from it, but do try to cap heat/body, and i would work on them hit points myself.

i got more AF i got more hits
if u switch ur SC around and get ring of zahur and bracer of zahur u get same and u get more hits
Would consider to change mine around abit aswell and go for terkari belt and some other stuff ill post here the result when im done
