Im not an expert in shade templates nor a god expert in solo rvr. This is what im using and serves me wonderfully. Notice that the armor parts arent the new ones so if u tweak that im sure u can get the results u want. Remove env bonuses with those from the legger and u have free main hand.

1) RoD (not really a must but a really nice thing)
2) try to take an item in the temp with spec AF charges (switching for env and af charges makes me cry)
3) slash %, why lose 5%? its a clear advantage. also cap thrust/spirit/matter/body if u can
4) never seen a temp that had it all, so dont panic, make one where u feel that u can live with it
