got it last week from bt and i have to say they have been brilliant from after sales to support,well done they finally seem to be getting there act together.

now after the rant im wondering if someone can give me a few tips,ive managed to get myself a firewall (zonealarrm)anyone else got this and is it any good? now im after a decent free antivirus can anyone suggest one and where from cheers.

Zonealarm is a good piece of software, better than that black ice crap and even Norton. Check out http://grc.com/intro.htm and do the firewall tests.
