Heeeello... was thinking of buying a computer from Novatech.co.uk, have any of you heard of how they are with delivery/customer support and so on? good/bad experience?!

second thing is, how does it work with delivery here in UK (recently moved here).. it looks like it's being delivered to my door, but i work during daytime, so what happends then if i'm not home? or do i have to pay another £15 to make them deliver it on a saturday?

aand 3rd thing :) if you look on this (see below, i copy'd from their website); say i waited 11 months and they payed the whole amount, that would cost me no more then the price for the comp right?!

If you can pay it all in full right now, then do so. Don't wait 11 months...you never know how your circumstances might change. And then you have to pay double...eek. That's so sick.

For delivery, it may go to a central office somewhere and you can go pick it up yourself later. Maybe best to just pay the extra £15?

I've bought a few things through Novatech (printer and some other bits and bobs) and had no problems. Quite good prices too.

Ive shopped with them often, their delivery system isnt bad, their couriers normally leave a likkle card and ask for a time and date they can try again.

BNPL, yes, in 11 months you pay and get no interest, but liek Ap says, its more sense to do it now in case life dishes out something nasty.

Customer support is pretty good, by phone or email, prompt resonse all the time. One thing to make sure of, try all your goods asap, as their returns policy like most is strict.

They are pretty good though their stock control can be a bit suspect.

If they give u any shit I'll go and letterbomb them, as they are only round the corner from where I live ;)
