Ifu can activate them at lvl 46 so the minimum lvl to use em is lvl 46 also,so yes u can use them.

not correct I think. If I remember correctly, there was some bug with Traitor's Dagger and they fixed it to only proc at lvl 50, despite being a low dps weapon.

My wardy's (lvl49) traitor procs at least in PvE
I hope that isnt changed before cathal valley gets here

the level 46 + artifacts charges cannot be used before level 50 any artifact for level 30-45 can be used before 50.

procs work the same on the weapons the procs on malice + battler would / shouldnt proc before 50 were as traitors dagger would / should proc ect.

not true ive seen a lot of traitor daggers proccing in leirvik

my sb is 49 (for new bg) have no problem at all using the various stuff... on other hand charges like the haste on krojers ring i cant use, but havent probs with arti charges

som/battler charges do work sub lvl 50....recently got al my artis to lvl 10 at lvl 49 on valk.. worked fine.......
