Excalibur encountered, from the afternoon of Sunday 29th to Monday 30th, a serious technical problem, which prevented players to connect despite the immediate actions of our technical team. The problem has been solved on Monday 30th June afternoon.
Because of the long shutdown of the Excalibur server, many English players were unable to play; we decided to offer a free day to all the English players with an active account. This free day will be added to your current subscription period. Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies.

could have been better i lost nearly all of sunday and half of monday total hours 28 hours rougly give or take few mins that is more than 1 day they should have offered at least 2 days this is second crash in a week i know it ain't the be and end all of our life but thought we could have been offered more

FFS Sunday was a beaut of a day. Servers down....servers down an hour later....server is still down? Ah forget it, call your mates and goto the pub or somthing.

Sorry I just find whines about how many hours people lost because of the server not working a tad pathetic.

not bothered about RL hours lost, more concerned with the 24hrs of paid game time (call me a cheapskate :p ); also with the increasing server failures - of various kinds - and GOA's apparent disintrest in addressing the problems excal faces. To me, the 1 free day was more a refund than compensation.

But lets hope they just sort it, would rather play at my leisure than around downed servers... as im sure would most of u
