i heard summit about re-roll? where we can get ALL our points back & use them again.. is this true?

Well a re-roll would do this, you get all your points back and you can even change your name and race!

Unfortunatly you also have to level yourself back to your existing level

Respec is coming in a future patch but as far as I know even the US don't have it yet.

You get full respec to all current characters in 1.52D
