Not a game related problem

If I post a longish reply to any forum I get page cannot be displayed, then after pressing refresh I get thread not specified, any ideas guys its driving me nuts.

I have bouts of this, tho I've no idea what's causing it. very annoying

I`m not talking over the top length replies, but probably about 10 lines of writing or so, I know there are troubleshooting sites related to the page cannot be displayed spam, but i`ve yet to find one, which has a remedy for posting to forums with more than 10ish lines of script.

It`s a bit like having a cache full of files, very sluggish, i`ve tried all the basic stuff reinstalling IE, ping tests, going over all my internet settings, uninstalling firewall etc etc.

Seems to me now it`s some sort of virus.
