Further to your recent application to upgrade your PIPEX Xtreme ADSL service,
I am afraid that we have received a formal response from BT informing us that
your telephone line is unable to support a 1Mbps ADSL service at this time.

Because of the high frequencies required for transferring data at the speeds
available through ADSL, the quality of your telephone line and the distance of
your premises from the local exchange does not support an upgrade of your ADSL.

So once again shoddy BT lines screw me over.
