Nooby stat Question

I've got a paladin and i know alot of ppl say that paladins are defensive chars etc etc but i like to be able to hit stuff with mine even though it might not be for alot. So my question is how much damage / chance to hit would i gain from going 29 slash to 39 slash. Also how is this calculated etc if anyone knows.

You should have around 39 as a pally as you can easily afford it. I dont remember the exact specs but something like 39 slash/42 shield/46 chants/rest parry.

going for 39 slash, 42 shield, 48 chants and rest parry. Back to the original question anyone know how much more damage (roughly) 29-39 slash would do.
