Noob Stealther Question....

I have 50 Stealth and MoS 5 and Cammo up no pet out.

I was wading around Eras T2 when I saw an R7 Infil Cryissa and a Scout Marricus so I decided to back off. However the Infil wadded after me for 2500 loc stealthed, he was always 500-600 loc away, he then broke stealth ran directly to me and killed me.

Question is how did he see me?

I saw no SL being popped.
There was no PN.
I had cammo up.
I was beyond Infil DH range.
I was stealthed at all times and ungrouped (So no radar!).

Do you make splashes when wadding?

I was like wtf how can he see me?

If the scout was sitting then maybe Lookout got you and as you cant move fast in water at eras so maybe ran towards you knowing you are there.

You can see people in the water sometimes, you see this little circle thingy in the water which is usually very close or even directly where the stealther is.

probably was lookout, but it breaks as soon as he stands up. prolly popped stealthlore after to find you and you missed it

The moment he started moving, Lookout no longer worked.

There's a few possible options:

a) You're running in a predictable way, ie. a straight line
b) Assassin detection + Stealthlore
c) They could indeed see the water effect of you moving
d) They have cheated (least likely, imo)

You should have released the pet on the scout and buggered off out of range. The infil can't catch you anyway and the scout can't shoot with a pet chewing on it's rear. By the time the pet is removed, you'll be out of range and can restealth.

As a hunter mate infil will allways spot ya even if you had 100 stealth

Not everyone has 5 friends to help them, when they get owned out of stealth. ;O

As a hunter mate infil will allways spot ya even if you had 100 stealth

Not with Cammo up.

Scout was unstealthed and was standing, so not Lookout (which I forgot about) not even sure it was grouped with infil.

In every solo fight I've had versus you, you either FZ'd, PS'd, IP II'd, or called for help. Don't call me gimp, I'm pretty sure most here know what a gimp you are (used to be?) with the stealth zerging.
If you are however attempting to play respectfull now, you mustn't laughspam a solo NS whom you've added on.

Couldn't u just stay in jail longer?

Hi there, it might have been a situation where you have lagged on his screen and he can see a ghost image of you from along way away.
I have had this happen to me many times where i see a stealther miles away stealthed but most the time, when i get there hes gone.
I have been lucky in the past a couple of times and got to the lag shaddow and as the person never moved, he was still there!
Just another theory anyway.

today i was at bledmeer bridge and i saw a stealther miles away.

i shouldnt have any theoretical chance to see him at the distance tbh.

but he was not a lagghost and got killed

We had just taken the tower and I made a note of hunters before tower was taken. I have done this for sometime now. I note who did not die when tower falls your name and Morriane was another. I suspect your jumped before tower fell like I do with Cryissa and Valglin. So I used stealth lore and checked out back and into water and found you.

glad someone else has noticed that... I mean fair play for having a crack at sniper spec but like set pet run.... come back with half of midgard... and /hug.

You were not in the tower? oh! Erm felt sure i clicked you. Well anyway Morriane was in it for sure I saw her shooting people at the top. Another note to think about in lag ghosts, well we all get them do you ever get them on stealthed people? Sometimes I see someone way way off in stealth well outside my range so I know someone is about and just head in that direction.

As for you when I saw you I headed towards you stealthed and you were moving quicker than me. My timer was near up so I had to jump out of stealth kill you and vanish before that FGM on the river bank. If you FZ had got me then I would have died, if not by you then by the FG.

i have 35+ 14 stealth.. mos3 and when camo up. i can see inf and sb before they see me. and get away stealthed aswell if i run through them.
