More like not safe for eating, the wife does a lot of work for a charity NOMA that sends over surgeons to perform facial surgery on people in Africa, one surgeon sent her these pics of a few of the cases he dealt with, makes you realise what normal is.
Warning these pics are proper nasty and don't click if you are eating..going to eat or have weak stomach, I've not posted the actual operation pics, cos they are just repulsive, all these poor dudes are going to look a lot better thanks to skilled surgeons giving up their free time.
Don't say I didn't warn you.

On topic, much respect to the surgeon dudes for giving up their time to help other people! Wish I had some sort of skill I could use to help out in a meaningful way.

Started just treating Noma, which is a facial infection that eats away your face and kills most, then they moved on to all types of facial problems.
