Noelle; to ban or not to ban place your bets

The proof:
It was up when i stood there, Noelle comes along and talks to the announcer. I tell him not to start it as i have 2fg.
He is insitant he didnt, there was noone else around and i didnt start it.
Did he or didnt he is the question.
If people here are convinced he did then hes banned from all my future raids, we await the reply, or should i give him the benefit of the doubt.

If noone starts the encounter in time it will start automatically before depopping, if noone attempts it when it has autostarted it depops and is up again in ~1 hour.

The encounter is bugged afaik. I’m not sure you can check if it’s up without starting it. Have tried it 2 times myself
I know your frustration, but I’m sure Noelle is telling the truth when he says he was just checking if it was up.

Apart from Noelle clicking on him, which I dont think is anything wrong. I would say just let it lie.

Noelle has not normally got himself a poor name for sportsmanship .......... and tbh, there are many more people who do a lot worse than click on a mob.
