No UK Collector's Edition at Retail?

I was astonished to find out today that the UK is one of few places that VU has decided will not be getting the Collector's Edition Box.

Perhaps the ratio of normalpeople:geeks makes it a pointless exercise in this country.

It would have been nice to get a booklet or something inside the case or something.
