No style graphics when using champ weapons

I have had this problem for a long time now. I right nowed it and they said to reinstall. Formatted my PC recently and reinstalled but i still have the same problem. I have logged on a m8's character and i also have the same problem with that. Im using ToA client. Anyone got any ideas?

It ust to be like that for me , but then since 1.84 i fink it started to work again :/
