Respecced my Hero today to get prevent flight, and I read the background trash and notice this paragraph:-

"I have learned that I have the ability to [provide] you with a special type of clensing, which allows you to keep hold of the experinece you've gained from realm defense but be given the option to retrain all the skills you've chosen to apply this experience to. This does not include trade skills or the skills assoicated with your car."
