/freelevel decline is in (to stop the freelevel xp) but never heard of /noexp...

and cap to 1L4.. 350 rps, so people cant go out in real rvr and get RR11 and then go back to bg1.

u can still enter m8 but just get no further rps from your kills in thid. this means no more rerolling like the old days in thid once u reached 350rps. the only time u have to reroll is if u ding 25, then once u released or logged u cant get back in, thats why ppl suicide
