No E-mail response

hi,

I've sent so far 3 e-mail to GoA about my sub password as ive got a new e-mail and forgot to change the e-mail on account page.

I have set to get an e-mail from them, what is the problem ?. People say its about the new servers comming up.

help would be greatful.

Have you had the auto-replys confirming your request has been recieved?
If not then you may have sent the email to the wrong address or the replies may have been eaten by your spam and privacy filters.

The correct address to send it to is subscription(at)goa(dot)com.
Replies from the subs department come from a noreply email address which some ISPs or webmail providers filter as spam. Check your junkmail and privacy settings to make sure they aren't getting filtered out.

If you have got the autoreplies then pm me the reference number you were given in the email and I'll look into it.

Also, be aware that it usually takes one businessday to process the issue. That means that if you send an email on friday, it may take up to monday for them to respond (GoA, like most companies, don't work in the weekends.)

I have got 3 e-mailsfrom GoA Showing they have got my e-mails and are "sorting" the problem it said. Ill pm you the Numbers you wanted.
