No alias in uber_src please fix

I have a weird fault in my Spearhead game. Lots of sounds can't be heard, such as the German sniper rifle firing and reloading, the countdown from the grenades etc...
I've uninstalled Spearhead completly but it doesn't help. Has anyone else seen this?

aye..this is a really annoying bug..specially when going toe to toe with some1 and everytime u hit them u get cannot play hit blah blah filling the console lagging you out. Its supposed to be a conflict of moh and SH sounds hopefully fixed in the next SH patch.

Ahh thanks PAC,

I only recently had this happen though, so maybe there is a solution some where. Perhaps reinstalling MOHAA could help? Anyway, cheers for your help.
