Anyone know how much this temp would cost as i wanna use it

Assuming you will go Blades and assuming you want to have a 1 vs 1 and not stealth zerg:

- Too much quickness in template, 250 total with buffs will do it.
- Dexterity is a waste when going Blades, 15-30 in template will do it, you will be close to evade cap anyway.
- Matter and energy reists are too low, they should be around 20%. A lot of players run with matter legendaries or with Sun Weapons.
- Your GoV stats are borked.
- Ring of Heavens' style damage doesn't apply in RvR.
- Bracer of Heavenly Bodies is a wrong choice for a stealther template.
- Malice/Battler is outdated as weapon choices, people tend to run with Champion Weapon off hand and legendary main hand.

You should aim for 101 str, 101 con, 65'ish quickness depending on race and starting points and race, 400 hits, 30+ AF, 10/10/8 ToA bonuses, 25%+ in body, heat and melee resists and ~20% in energy/matter/spirit.

nothing wrong with bracer of heavenly bodies in a stelther template, however, the rest of the points above stand, you should be able to do alot better than that.
