That's hilarious, but I'm pretty sure it's faked. That's a lot more loot bags than one person can carry, and they are all facing the same way (compare it to http://silent-death.net/gallery/alrindel-008.jpg and see)
Also if you try to do anything too complicated the first loot bags you dropped start to disappear before you have finished. In mine I had just finished my masterpiece and was lining up the screenshot when they started to vanish one by one.

Funny, but since it is fake, not much fun
Should have a group of people at the same each with a few bags then coordinate it and it could be possible.
