I dont see the problem she stopped him arresting the other girl, anything he did to a teenage girl would look over the top. If he broke her arm trying to handcuff her it would be the same thing. Or threw her to the floor. There is also the options that he could have shot or tasered her so imo she got of lightly.

That being said Jaywalking (crossing the road without a green man) is a pathetic crime.

Had she just done as the officer said in the first place they would all have avoided the situation. She broke the law, didn't obey a police officer and started fighting with him. He went across the line aswell tho..

Its chicken n egg tho, they want everyone to have guns, but also want to be scared of them at the same time, how fecked up is that.

Personally I think they misread the constitution, it should have read "You have the right to arm bears", giving bears a fighting chance.

Don't confuse the issue, I'm pretty sure gun law in seattle is not that loose, there are only a few states in the US where it is.

How do you know he was not going to do that and she just copped a major attitude with him? I have seen people talk themselves into being arrested when they would have just got a warning, the second girl should never have got involved.

I've watched that video, and there is no reason a police officer in any country should be using force to detain someone for such a trivial offence. It's power hunger.
