Why is it the police used this person as key witness? I personally feel that this case will result in the four getting let off then the problem becomes that none of they can be retried, so even if they did do it they've managed to get away scot free because the police didn't do there job properly

Perhaps next time they should wait instead of trying to get results from flake witnesses.
