Well technically, both my alb chars are alts I guess Friar and reaver are both great fun to play - friar as a multi-role group member, switching between melee and healing as needed, reaver as the light tank class par excellence and a mean SB hunter in the battlegrounds.

Up to you what type of class you want to play though - different people excel at and enjoy different things. I've had a very rough time with every robed caster class I've tried, but enjoy light tanks, assassins and friar - your mileage may vary.
