Edit: i bet another 2 months at LEAST before we get our passwords, if they EVER gonna read their mails and give us our passwords..... so completely incredible stupid french company, and i have freaking 1½ month left on my sub (even though i will quit when it ends) ..... guess they don't care about that? they owe us like 1-3 Months subscription fees.

Live in sweden, but i know how goa usually handle things.
1 month to finally get a thought of checking their mail (my rightnow takes 2-3 weeks to get a response sometimes).

3 weeks to finally post a letter to me.
1 week before that letter reaches me

total = 2 months
mail = 1minute at most, and i have same info on buffbot as on main account EXCEPT that buffbot had a working mail .. so should be no problem for them at all.

But don't get surprised if it will take 2 months , even more, before everyone that couldn't update their mail will be able to get back online again.
