New Viper question

Obviously many of us are thinking about the new RA system.
I know that Viper increases the damage from DOTs, but what I am unsure of if this is only applied poisons or equally applies to DOT weapon or reactive armour procs as well. Also what about DOT mines?

...Umm, i'd guess it effects only applied posion. Might want to check the VNboards instead of here, they're Beta testing frontiers atm so maybe they'll be able to give you some info?

its abit silly to rip off NS's special and giving it as a passive tbh :/

or am I the only one thinking that its abit stupid? on a reuse timer I wouldn't mind so much :/
